The connection runs through a certified Booking.com connectivity partner. You authorize Fewosoft once in the Booking.com extranet.
Start in Fewosoft
In Fewosoft, open the “Channels” section and click “Connect” next to Booking.com. Then follow the onboarding steps.
Authorize in the Booking.com extranet
Click “Account” at the top right and select “Connectivity Provider”. Search for channex.io and choose the provider with the permissions. Accept the terms of use and click “Connect”.
Connection goes live
Once Fewosoft has completed the mapping, the connection goes live automatically. Booking.com notifies you via your extranet inbox.
If you charge extra for additional guests, this corresponds to Booking.com’s OBP (occupancy-based pricing) model. Your pricing setup must be identical in both systems.
Your Genius discount levels (Level 1–3) work as usual. Fewosoft syncs your standard rate, and Booking.com derives the Genius prices from it automatically. You will still find the setting in the Booking.com extranet.
